This document provides for a summary and the status of the OECD Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS"), as per June, 2015. Meijburg first summarizes the recent developments and in the Appendix to this document, a summary of each of the BEPS action items is included, as well as an overview of the status and links to further background information.
