The Court of Justice has given a judgment in the case G.E. Security. The Combined Nomenclature set out in Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff must be interpreted as meaning that a product such as the ‘video multiplexer' at issue in the main proceedings must, subject to the referring court's assessment of all the facts before it, be classified in heading 8521 of that nomenclature.
